Our client is a raidly growing waste hauler seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to lead growth and market expansion throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and serving as the primary representative in the market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and business development, along with an understanding of operations within waste management, transportation, logistics, environmental services, construction services, or other route-based industries.
Success in this position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to identify and close new business opportunities, and a collaborative approach to working with operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.
