Marketing Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a build role, not a maintenance role. F/m Investments is a fast-growing asset management firm and ETF issuer operating in a dynamic investment landscape. Our marketing technology stack and campaign infrastructure need to evolve as quickly as our business does. If you're someone who can design systems that scale with growth and keep pace with market changes, this is the opportunity.

You'll work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer and partner closely with the Director of Sales Operations and Analytics to ensure our marketing operations infrastructure is positioned for speed, compliance, and measurable impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Administer the marketing technology stack — HubSpot and Salesforce — including workflows, sequences, segmentation, contact lifecycle management, and platform integrations.
• Contribute to the design and build automated campaign infrastructure for outreach, product launches, and content distribution — including A/B testing frameworks, performance dashboards, and post-campaign reporting.
• Serve as the operational compliance liaison for all marketing output — managing the review queue, routing materials though the compliance review process and maintaining a complete audit trail of approved communications.
• Lead campaign execution across email, social, web, and sales enablement channels — coordinating with creative and content teams on asset delivery, calendar management, and QA from brief to deployment.
• Build the reporting infrastructure that connects marketing activity to advisor pipeline and business outcomes — and present that data clearly to senior leadership.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate workflow optimization, campaign execution, and operational efficiency.

WHO YOU ARE

Required

• 4–6 years of marketing operations or campaign operations experience.
• Hands-on HubSpot administration — workflows, sequences, CMS, reporting — not just end-user familiarity.
• Salesforce CRM experience and comfort managing data integrity across integrated platforms.
• Experience operating in a compliance-sensitive environment — financial services, RIA, or asset management strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards and translate performance data into clear recommendations.
• Demonstrated comfort using AI tools to accelerate workflow automation and campaign optimization.

Preferred

• HubSpot certification.
• Direct experience with FINRA or SEC advertising rule constraints.
• Familiarity with ETF, mutual fund, or fixed income product marketing.
• Experience building marketing operations infrastructure in a growth-stage or scaling environment.
• Comfort with data governance and maintaining platform hygiene across multiple integrated systems.
