Forged Fabrics (@forgedfabrics)

A premium B2B custom sublimation apparel company serving corporate clients, golf outings, trade shows, and new hire programs. Content needs to convey craftsmanship, professionalism, and brand story — competing visually against names like Peter Millar, Roback, and Bad Birdie.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative, self-directed content creator who can walk into a shoot, own the camera, edit compelling video, and post content that actually moves people. This is not a scheduling role or a caption-writing role. You are responsible for the full content lifecycle — concept, capture, edit, post, and performance.

You will split your time between two brands with distinct audiences and tones. You need to be able to shift between lifestyle storytelling for Fore Fathers and polished B2B content for Forged Fabrics — and know the difference instinctively.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Produce and post 4x per week on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn for both Fore Fathers and Forged Fabrics (8 posts/week total across brands)
• Come on-site to Frisco, TX once per week (~5 hours) for product shoots, lifestyle content, and brand-specific filming
• Concept, film, and edit short-form video content with hooks, trending audio, text overlays, and platform-native pacing
• Write captions that drive engagement — not describe the product
• Monitor performance weekly and adjust content strategy based on what is and isn't working
• Submit a weekly content calendar every Sunday for the week ahead
• Submit a brief weekly analytics report every Monday covering reach, engagement, and top/bottom performers
• Stay current on trending audio, formats, and platform algorithm changes — and apply them proactively
• Run or support paid social ads on TikTok and Instagram (boosted posts, awareness campaigns)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of hands-on content creation experience — not just social media management
• A portfolio that shows short-form video you shot, edited, and posted — with real engagement numbers attached
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms — what gets seen and why
• Experience with both B2C and B2B brand content; ability to match tone to audience
• Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent)
• Ability to shoot with a phone or camera and produce professional-quality content without a full production team
• Understanding of paid social — how to build a hook, structure an ad, and optimize for conversions
• Self-starter who communicates proactively and doesn't need to be chased for updates
• Local to the Frisco / DFW area — must be able to come on-site weekly

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or golf-adjacent brands
• Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM-connected content workflows
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience growing an account from scratch or turning around a stalled account
• A following of your own — you understand the creator side, not just the brand side

WHAT THIS IS NOT

This is not an entry-level role for someone building their portfolio. It is not a role where you will be handed a content calendar and told what to post. You will not be managed day-to-day. You are expected to bring the strategy, the creativity, and the initiative — and show up on-site ready to produce.
