We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Staff / Sales Assistant to support the Sales Manager in managing sales operations across the UAE and other GCC markets. The successful candidate will assist with sales administration, customer support, supply chain coordination, and gradually take responsibility for smaller markets while developing the skills required for future growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in daily sales activities and market operations.
- Coordinate with customers, distributors, retailers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely sales support.
- Assist in Supply Chain Management (SCM), including order management and delivery coordination.
- Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure product availability and timely shipments.
- Support Production Planning and Inventory (PSI) management, including demand forecasting and inventory monitoring.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Assist in developing and expanding business opportunities in assigned markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Identify and approach potential new customers to support business growth.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and other sales activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in sales, sales support, customer service, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and GCC countries as required.
