Junior Digital Marketing Manager

Position Overview

The Junior Digital Marketing Manager supports the execution of digital marketing strategies across Makeready’s portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and bars. This role works closely with the Director of Digital Marketing, Revenue Management, and Field Marketing teams to drive performance, increase brand visibility, and enhance the guest experience through effective online engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate paid media programs across hotel and restaurant brands — including paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
• Partner with hotel teams and agency partners to manage campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure brand alignment.
• Identify and execute conversion optimization and direct booking strategies to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with digital and revenue management teams on strategies for additional online channels.
• Generate and distribute performance reports, analyzing KPIs to create actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support and train property teams to enhance understanding and engagement with digital marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with brand and company standards, while embracing Makeready’s culture of innovation and hospitality refined.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong advertising and marketing copywriting and editing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, agile team.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO, social media, and email.
• Eagerness to learn campaign management, analytics, and digital KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new tools and technology.
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours to meet deadlines or troubleshoot.
