North America being one of our fastest growing markets, we are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to take over the HR management for USA and Canada (60 employees). This is a great challenge if you are looking for a generalist position in a lean organization, allowing you to take initiatives and implement new processes.
- As the only HR Manager in North America, you will closely work with the Group HR team based in the France HQ.

- Payroll & HR Administration
- Oversee and manage payroll process (internal or outsourced), ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain employee records (contracts, benefits, absences, HRIS data)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and reporting requirements
- Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs

- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Define recruitment needs with leadership
- Manage full hiring cycle: job descriptions, sourcing, interviews, offers
- Lead onboarding and integration process
- Build employer branding and candidate experience

- Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Act as primary contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution
- Support managers on performance reviews and disciplinary processes
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
- Manage grievances and ensure fair, consistent practices

- Learning, Development & Talent Management
- Identify training needs and build development plans
- Coordinate training programs and track completion
- Support career development and succession planning

- Immigration status tracking & oversight
- Anticipate and track immigration status for current employees
- Coordinate with external counsels on individual cases
- Stay up to date with latest regulations and ensure company compliance

- HR Policies, Compliance & Reporting
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal standards
- Monitor HR KPIs (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, etc.)
- Provide reporting and insights to leadership

- Experience10+ years in HR generalist or HR manager roles
- Experience in small or mid-sized organizations preferred (hands-on, autonomous)
