Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• A Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field is preferred.A minimum of 8 years of human resource management experience is required, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare industry.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proficient with HRIS and talent management systems.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale and create a welcoming workplace.
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desirable.
