Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of the local team in the U.S., covering roles in sales, channels, projects, delivery, etc. Independently handle job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation and offer extension, and onboarding execution. Build the localized team and talent pool in the U.S.

2. Proficient in local labor laws, responsible for compliant management of employee contracts and personnel files, implement localized HR policies, and mitigate employment

risks.

3. Oversee the full lifecycle management of employee onboarding, probation, transfers, and offboarding. Coordinate local payroll, benefits, insurance, leave, and attendance management, and liaise with relevant parties on payroll-related matters.

4. Maintain employee relations, respond to daily HR inquiries from employees, handle basic labor-related issues, organize team-building activities, and enhance team stability and sense of belonging.

5. Act as the HR point of contact between the U.S. local team and the China headquarters, synchronize HR data, recruitment progress, and personnel changes, and produce monthly/quarterly HR data reports.

6. Adapt and implement headquarters’ HR policies for local suitability, complete all required compliance filings, and handle daily HR administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

1. Possess legal work authorization in the United States.

2. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

3. At least 2 years of full-time local HR experience in the U.S., with familiarity of U.S. employment compliance, payroll and benefits systems, and full-cycle recruitment processes.

4. Fluent in English, capable of independently conducting all HR work in English; Chinese

communication skills are a plus (for liaising with the China headquarters).

5. Ability to independently handle HR issues, data organization, and cross-departmental

communication; detail-oriented with a strong sense of compliance.
