Robert Half HR Solutions is partnering with a growing client in the Alpharetta area seeking an HR Manager to serve as the sole HR professional supporting 60+ employees across multiple states, including remote employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Relations & Performance Management
• Serve as the primary HR advisor to employees and leadership.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Coach managers on performance management, development, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management practices.
• Support succession planning and employee development initiatives.
• Talent Acquisition
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and operational positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring decisions.
• Facilitate interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Employee Engagement & Culture
• Lead employee engagement, retention, recognition, and wellness initiatives.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.

Serve as the primary liaison with benefit providers.

Maintain HR policies, procedures, handbooks, and employee records.

Oversee onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and exit interviews.

Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.

Lead HR process improvements and support change management initiatives.

Strategic HR & Organizational GrowthPartner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.

Support mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, integration planning, employee communications, and workforce transitions.

Serve as a trusted business partner to leadership on strategic HR initiatives.

Ideal BackgroundStrong employee relations and performance management experience.

Experience supporting multi-state and remote workforces.

Proven success building and improving HR programs in a growing organization.

Ability to work independently as the sole HR professional.
