Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities
The Human Capital Management (HCM) Leader provides strategic direction and daily oversight of all human resources functions within a 24/7 developmental center operated by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD). This role is responsible for ensuring effective workforce planning, recruitment, labor relations, compliance, and HR operations that support continuous residential services.
The position serves as the primary HR advisor to facility leadership, guiding organizational decisions that impact staffing, service delivery, and regulatory adherence. The HCM Leader oversees HR staff, maintains internal controls, and drives process improvements to ensure efficient, consistent, and legally sound HR practices across the facility.
