Recruitment Coordinator

Support Account Managers with scheduling candidate interviews and coordinating availability between candidates, clients, and internal teams.

Ensure all candidates are properly added to Atlas with accurate notes, contact details, status updates, and relevant history.

Keep client information, new roles, hiring manager details, and process updates organized and up to date in Atlas.

Assist with day-to-day recruitment admin, including follow-ups, reminders, calendar coordination, and general team support.

Help track interview feedback, next steps, and outstanding actions to keep processes moving smoothly.

Support the team in keeping systems organized and consistent across candidates, clients, and jobs.

Get familiar with our recruitment systems, internal processes, candidate base, client relationships, and overall workflow.
