Senior Recruiter (Marketing, Product & Sales)

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Recruiter based in Austin, Texas, who will own and deliver end-to-end hiring for US-based roles, primarily across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) functions. This role requires strong experience recruiting for the US market, deep sourcing capability, and the ability to partner closely with business leaders across functions and locations.

You will play a critical role in scaling our US teams by bringing speed, rigor, and quality to hiring while navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment. As we significantly expand our Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) organization, candidates with proven experience hiring FDEs and other technical, customer-facing roles will be strongly preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

• Own end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across:
• Sales (Account Executives, SDRs, Sales Leaders)
• Marketing (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Growth)
• Product (Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Ops)
• Forward Deployed Engineering (FDEs, Solutions Engineers, Implementation Engineers)
• Drive the entire hiring lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closure.
• Deliver hiring outcomes with a strong focus on time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

US Market Hiring Expertise

• Source and assess candidates specifically for the US market, with a strong understanding of:
• US talent expectations and hiring norms
• US compensation benchmarks, including base, bonus, equity, and OTE structures
• Role calibration and seniority levels
• Familiarity with US employment practices and EEO/OFCCP compliance considerations in the hiring process.
• Partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders across the US.

FDE & Technical Hiring

• Lead hiring for a growing Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) organization and other technical, customer-facing roles.
• Assess candidates for both technical depth and client-facing/consultative skills.
• Partner with engineering and delivery leaders to calibrate FDE profiles and build dedicated talent pipelines.

Sourcing & Pipeline Building

• Build strong and diverse talent pipelines using:
• LinkedIn Recruiter
• Direct sourcing
• Referrals
• Niche talent communities
• Proactively map talent for priority roles and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted hiring partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering leaders.
• Run structured intake discussions to clearly define role expectations and success profiles.
• Provide regular updates, hiring insights, and market intelligence to stakeholders.

Process & Data

• Maintain accurate data and documentation in the ATS.
• Track and report on key hiring metrics (pipeline health, closures, drop-offs).
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, interview quality, and candidate experience.

Required Skills

Must-Have

• 8–9 years of experience in recruitment, with significant exposure to US hiring.
• Proven track record of hiring Sales, Marketing, and/or Product roles for US-based teams.
• Experience hiring Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) or other technical, customer-facing roles (strongly preferred).
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience partnering with US-based stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or product companies.
• Exposure to hiring for high-growth or scaling organizations.
• Familiarity with compensation benchmarking for US roles.

Tools & Technology

• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
• Comfortable using data and dashboards to drive hiring decisions.
• Exposure to AI-enabled sourcing or recruiting tools is a plus.
