Military/Veteran Recruiter

This role requires a hybrid work schedule / 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home in either Atlanta, GA or Chicago, IL.

Pay: $48-52/hour.

Duration: 6 months initially with extensions based on client need and performance. Potential temp to hire based on performance and headcount approval.

Overview

Our SaaS client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support targeted military and veteran recruitment programs.

Responsibilities

This full cycle Recruiter will help build the company's G&A, Tech, and GTM Sales organizations.

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing and supporting the entire recruiting process, focused on recruiting military personnel transitioning to the private sector as well as veterans.

This is a proactive position where networking, cold-calling, and deep diving into passive candidate networks throughout various markets is necessary.

Qualifications

4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience is required. (4-10 years of recruitment experience is the target experience range)

Demonstrated success recruiting transitioning military personnel and veterans is required. In lieu of military and veteran specific recruiting experience an individual's own military service will be considered.

Candidate Sourcing And Pipeline Development Skills Are Essential.

Preferred Tools: Workday Recruiter, Google Workspace, Slack, Gem, GoodTime.

Experience recruiting for the tech industry is a plus but not required.
