Executive Recruiter -Finance & Accounting

BlueSky Resource Solutions is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter – Finance & Accounting to help expand one of our fastest-growing practice areas.

This is a true full-desk recruiting opportunity for someone who enjoys both business development and recruiting. You'll build meaningful client partnerships, identify exceptional finance and accounting professionals, and play a key role in growing our national practice.

What You'll Do

• Develop new client relationships through consultative business development
• Grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities
• Recruit and place top Finance & Accounting professionals
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through placement
• Conduct candidate sourcing, interviewing, qualification, and offer negotiations
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of accounting and finance professionals
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs
• Negotiate contracts, fees, and employment offers
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals
• Maintain accurate CRM and ATS records
• Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation, and market intelligence

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of agency staffing experience in Finance & Accounting recruiting
• Proven success developing new business and managing client relationships
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
