Talent Acquisition Specialist- (Contract) | Denver, CO

Alepo is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Denver office on a contract basis and help us scale our teams globally.

What you'll do

✅ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination

✅ Hire across technical roles (software engineering, QA, DevOps, solution architects, sales engineering) and non-technical roles (sales, marketing, HR, operations, finance)

✅Own end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles

✅ Hire across the US, Europe, EMEA and other international markets

✅ Partner with hiring managers and our global HR team to bring in top talent

What we're looking for

🔹 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in tech/SaaS

🔹Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and other talent channels

🔹 Proven global recruitment experience across regions and time zones

🔹 Based in Denver (work from office)

🔹 Available to join immediately
