About the Role A Brooklyn-based healthcare company is scaling - and they need someone who can build something new alongside them. This isn't a "manage what exists" role; it's a "create what doesn't yet" role. You'll be launching and scaling a new service line from the ground up, which means you need to be both the strategist and the operator.

Key Responsibilities

Service Line Development

• Launch and scale a new service line from scratch
• Balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution

Operations & Client Relations

• Work directly with clients and coordinate across internal teams
• Develop services and workflows where none currently exist

Team & Organizational Growth

• Eventually build and lead a team beneath you
• Grow into a senior leadership role as the function matures

Qualifications

• Proven experience building something new - not just managing what's already there
• Strategic thinker who's comfortable getting into the weeds
• Strong cross-functional communicator; able to work with clients and internal stakeholders alike
• Healthcare background a plus
