We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Global Operations Manager to play a critical role in supporting and scaling our growing business. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and can balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution.

As a key member of the team, you will oversee inventory management, repair operations, fulfillment partners, logistics, and operational process improvement initiatives across a global network. This is a true player-coach role requiring both leadership and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management and coordination across multiple functions and locations
• Coordinate repair operations with internal teams and external partners worldwide
• Act as the primary business representative for third-party fulfillment and service centers
• Drive operational performance, KPI development, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Develop and execute global logistics strategies, including forward and reverse logistics operations
• Manage logistics exceptions and customer escalations to ensure service commitments are achieved
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence
• Partner closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams to support business objectives
