• Participate in Budget ManagemThis is not an Accounting RoleThe Business Operations Manager is a critical, execution‑focused role responsible for ensuring that organizational processes across different social enterprise business lines are carried out accurately, consistently, and in alignment with established SOPs. This position reports directly to the Director of Business Operations, who sets the strategic direction.
• Your role is to be the “eyes and ears on the ground” to make sure those strategies are implemented effectively.

In addition to other services, The Arc specializes in the employment of adults with developmental disabilities. We operate several social enterprise lines of business such as:

• Commercial Cleaning
• Food Services
• Document Shredding Services
• Assembly and Fulfillment Services*** While preferred, experience in the above business lines is not necessary***The Operations Manager will align with each business unit for SOP/Process implementation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that SOPs are being implemented and consistently followed across departments
• Train staff on new or updated operational procedures
• Monitor compliance with workflows and escalate issues when processes are not being followed
• Identify day‑to‑day operational gaps and recommend/implement practical improvements
