Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of warehouse automation strategies to enhance supply chain operations.
• Analyze client supply chain processes to pinpoint improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with clients to formulate operational strategies that boost efficiency and responsiveness.
• Provide insights on technology and data analytics to establish a streamlined and agile supply chain network.
• Manage large-scale projects and work with multidisciplinary teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Utilize systems thinking to uncover core issues and opportunities within supply chain processes.
• Validate results with clients and incorporate feedback to refine strategies and solutions.
• Guide teams through complex scenarios, maintaining composure and focus.
• Initiate transparent coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams.
• Demonstrate and uphold professional and technical standards according to firm guidelines.

What You Must Have

• A Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

• Successful track record in developing and mentoring high-performing, diverse teams.

Travel Requirements: Up to 60%.

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
