What You’ll OwnThe Enterprise Strategy & Transformation team sits at the center of the business, partnering with senior stakeholders to define priorities, solve cross-functional challenges and drive execution.

We focus on identifying opportunities to improve performance, streamline processes, and enhance customer outcomes—bridging the gap between strategy and delivery.

• Work across core business systems and processes, helping ensure they run effectively day-to-day
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and contribute to sustainable improvements
• Build a strong understanding of how data, systems, and processes connect across the business
• Analyze data and stakeholder input to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Translate analysis into clear, practical recommendations that inform decisions
• Support the development of business cases and performance insights
• Support delivery of transformation initiatives and BAU improvements
• Gather and document requirements, track actions, and help drive execution
• Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities with clear business value
• Work with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and momentum
• Support change activities, including communication and adoption
• What You’ll Bring3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, or operational roles
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery
• Ability to break down complex problems and structure clear solutions
• Strong communication skills, with confidence presenting to a range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (e.g. Visio)
• Familiarity with process improvement approaches (e.g. Lean principles)
• Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
