Post-Tension (PT) Draftsman

We are looking for a detail-oriented Post-Tension Draftsman to prepare, coordinate, and revise post-tension shop drawings for building projects. The role involves working closely with structural engineers, site teams, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings and as-built documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare post-tension shop drawings using Auto
• CAD.Prepare tendon layouts, stressing drawings, anchorage details, profiles, and sections.
• Revise drawings based on consultant and contractor comments.
• Coordinate PT drawings with structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper document control.
• Assist engineers with quantity take-offs and material schedules.
• Prepare reinforcement detailing related to PT works where required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in post-tension drafting.
• Strong proficiency in Auto
• CAD.Good understanding of reinforced concrete detailing and post-tension systems.
• Ability to read structural calculations and construction drawings.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Familiarity with Autodesk Revit is an advantage.
