Pay Range

Hourly$23.99 - $35.99Overlake is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, with a focus on HR programs and employee services, coordination of employee recognition initiatives, HR events and meetings, and support employee-facing processes and requests.

This role serves as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-service-oriented responses while maintaining a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.

Full-time/40 hours per weekIn office Monday - Friday / 8 hour day shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Requires minimum of two years recent administrative/clerical or human resources experience.
• Hospital/healthcare human resources experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday and/or UKG Dimensions is strongly preferred.
• Experience with MS Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel & Word) is required.
• Ability to speak and understand the English language required.
• Demonstrated diplomacy and professional demeanor required, including the ability to present a positive public-facing image and relate to individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Organizational aptitude with attention to detail to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines required.
