About Us

Sanbook Quality Consultancy is a leading provider of ISO certification, training, auditing, and business consultancy services across the UAE and GCC. We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Admin Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales inquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with clients regarding training, certification, and consultancy services.
• Handle administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, filing, and reporting.
• Maintain CRM and sales records with timely updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in both sales and administrative roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Agile, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is an advantage.
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
