Job Description

To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Must comply with the grooming standards of the companyTo extend a courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and to thank them as they depart.

To make the seniors aware of all guest comments and guest complaints.

To be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures.

To follow specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabanas stations.

To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas.

To set up beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels and to ensure that guests are provided with clean towels, as needed.

To fold pack the umbrellas in the evenings.

To follow all policies and procedures of the hotel.

To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions.

To maintain safety of work areas at all times.

To attend all mandatory meetings as directed.

To perform other tasks as required /directed

Qualifications

• High School or vocational hospitality
• Has 1-3 years experience in 4-5 star hotel
