Parts Supervisor

In this position, you will support the Aftersales Manager in leading retail and workshop parts operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and business growth. What You Will Do

• Lead and support the daily parts operation across retail counter and workshop channels
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective parts sales and inventory management
• Promote Toyota Genuine Parts and ensure excellent customer service delivery
• Manage and develop a team of Parts Sales Representatives, Partsmen, and support staff
• Monitor performance, productivity, and resource utilization to meet operational targets
• Handle customer inquiries, escalations, and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
• Ensure accurate customer and parts data management within business systems
• Support forecasting, reporting, inventory control, and stock optimization activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and continuous improvement initiatives Diploma or Degree qualification (Automotive background preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience within automotive parts operations
• Experience leading teams within a retail, workshop, or aftersales environment
• Strong customer service and complaint resolution experience
• Knowledge of warehouse and supply chain management principles
• Ability to manage performance, develop talent, and drive business results
