Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Residential Cleaner role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Residential Cleaner is responsible for performing thorough cleaning tasks in clients’ homes, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.

Daily activities include cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, sanitizing high-touch areas, making beds, managing linens, and organizing common spaces according to client preferences and company standards. The role also involves handling cleaning products and equipment safely, following checklists, reporting any maintenance or safety issues, and respecting client property and privacy.

Residential Cleaners are expected to arrive on time, follow assigned schedules, communicate clearly with supervisors and clients when needed, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor throughout the workday.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, including routine and deep cleaning of floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning tools, equipment, and products, including safe handling of chemicals and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and checklists, and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment safely.
• Reliable time management skills, punctuality, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Respectful, professional communication with clients and colleagues, with a focus on confidentiality and customer service.

Basic English communication skills; additional language skills are an advantage.

Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates; previous experience working in Dubai is an asset.
