Job Description

We are currently seeking a Reservations Supervisor to join our vibrant team at Park Inn by Radisson, Dubai Motor City. Skills and Experience:   As a Reservations Supervisor, you embody a unique blend of precision, efficiency, and a customer-centric approach, elevating our Reservations Team.

Your role is instrumental in ensuring seamless and top-notch service, where attention to detail meets a passion for enhancing the guest experience. Supports the smooth running of the reservations department, where all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level.

Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution. Delivers on plans and objectives where reservations initiatives & hotel targets are achieved. Supervises the reservations team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department.

Accountable for ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained. Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders. Reviews and scrutinizes the performance of the business, providing recommendations that will drive financial performance.

Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered, and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required. Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style. Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.

Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem- solving capabilities offering support where required. Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a reservations position, ideally within a hotel environment
• Ability to adapt to changing service environments
• Good leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
• Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
• Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures
• Skilled with Microsoft Office software, especially in Excel
• An open, positive and communicative personality
• Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
