Role Description The PM RST Agent in SF (1800–0600) is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA, providing residential security and protective services during overnight hours. This role includes monitoring property and perimeter security, managing access control, and maintaining situational awareness to identify and mitigate potential risks.

The agent will coordinate with logistics and protection teams to support secure arrivals and departures, manage vendors and visitors, and ensure smooth, discreet operations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed incident and activity reports, conducting routine inspections of security systems and equipment, and communicating clearly with leadership, clients, and fellow agents.

The role requires consistent professionalism, adherence to established protocols, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in dynamic or high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

• Strong expediting and expeditor capabilities to manage time-sensitive tasks, follow up on critical items, and ensure timely completion of operational requirements.
• Project management experience to coordinate multiple activities, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain organized documentation and reporting.
• Inspection skills to conduct thorough checks of premises, equipment, and security systems, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions when needed.
• Logistics management skills to support secure movements, vendor coordination, and resource allocation in alignment with protective protocols.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience in residential or executive protection environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work overnight shifts (1800–0600), remain alert, and make sound decisions independently and within a team structure.
• Excellent observation, communication, and report-writing skills, with proficiency in basic digital tools and incident management systems.
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and discretion, with a client-centric mindset and commitment to inclusive, respectful professional conduct.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; relevant security certifications or licenses in California are a plus.
• CCW - GC/Exposed Firearm Permit required.
