Marketing Project Manager [82716]

A leading financial services organization is seeking a Project Manager to support the Payments Marketing PMO. This role sits within a highly visible, fast-paced B2B marketing organization and requires a seasoned project manager who can operate effectively in a high-volume, complex, and highly regulated environment.

You will be responsible for owning marketing projects end-to-end—driving timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery across a wide range of omnichannel marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end marketing projects, including timelines, resources, deliverables, and execution
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, creative, product, legal, and compliance teams
• Run project meetings, track milestones, and provide clear, proactive status updates
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying levels of complexity and volume
• Ensure deliverables move efficiently through workflows, including legal and compliance reviews
• Utilize Workfront to manage intake, track progress, and maintain documentation
• Drive stakeholder alignment, remove blockers, and ensure projects stay on track
• Support both:
• High-volume, lower-tier projects (smaller scope, fast turnaround)
• Large-scale, strategic initiatives (long-term, highly cross-functional)
• Omnichannel marketing environment across content, social, video, branding, and web
• Requires understanding of the full marketing ecosystem (no single-channel focus)
• Primarily waterfall-style workflows with parallel workstreams
• Growing PMO team supporting a high-impact marketing function
• Opportunity to contribute to large-scale initiatives, including major campaigns and events

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing project management experience (within marketing teams required)
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows and deliverables (campaigns, content, web/digital, creative production, approvals/legal)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and complex initiatives simultaneously
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed organizations
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent communication skills with confidence leading meetings and driving accountability
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to own projects end-to-end
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex, and regulated environments
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with Workfront or similar PM tools
• Background supporting B2B marketing organizations
• Mix of agency and client-side experience
