📝 Rquirements
- We require a current Secret-level U.S. Government security clearance and U.S. citizenship; TS/SCI is preferred.
- We are seeking someone with 9+ years of experience in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data, or 7 years of relevant experience with a masters degree, or a high school diploma/equivalent plus 13 years of relevant experience.
- We need prior government or military experience with organizations such as MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DISA, Army Cyber, U.S. Cyber Command, Coast Guard Cyber Command, U.S. Air Force (AFCYBER), or 10th Fleet/Navy Cyber.
- We require experience directly supporting Defensive Cyber Security or managing a contract that supported this mission.
- We are looking for a proven track record managing complex technical projects and/or programs.
- We expect familiarity with budget practices and acquisitions processes, or established relationships with people who understand them.
- We require strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- We need an understanding of customer buying teams and how to influence individual stakeholders.
- We value strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
- We require confidence speaking in public forums.
- We need excellent interviewing skills, including active listening and empathy.
- We expect strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- We need the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- We require willingness to travel up to 15%, sometimes on short notice, within the continental U.S.
- We require the ability to work on-site in Washington, DC, three to four days per week.
- We need flexibility to adjust to schedule changes as needed.
- Preferred qualifications include a current TS/SCI clearance.
- Preferred experience includes software engineering, cloud technologies, and cyber security.
- A technical background that supports requirements definition, design input, and estimating is an advantage.
- Prior experience with BDP/JCRS-D is a strong plus.
- DoD 8140/8570 compliance certifications may be required as directed by the customer.
👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are
- We will have you strengthen relationships with targeted government customers and help build long-term engagement.
- We will rely on you as the data operations lead, integrating directly into customer day-to-day operations.
- We will ask you to represent and advocate for our technology and capabilities.
- We will have you use SQL to query data for exploration, analysis, and visualization.
- We will have you work with leadership to design and implement data architectures, data pipelines, operational roadmaps, and action plans for priority targets.
- We will expect you to contribute to new competitive proposal development.
- We will have you help expand future business by supporting existing customer relationships.
- We will ask you to identify new market opportunities and target segments.
- We will have you document and track opportunities in our pipeline tools.
- We will expect you to maintain current knowledge of customer plans, programs, and broader market intelligence.
- We will have you build an external network of solution partners and providers.
- We will ask you to collaborate with our marketing and engineering teams.
- We will expect you to own the customer experience from initial engagement through successful delivery.
- We will have you work closely with development and engineering teams to keep DevSecOps delivery aligned with customer timelines.
- We will rely on you as the primary point of contact for pushing capabilities to the customer.
- We will have you ensure customers understand key DevSecOps touchpoints and are prepared to accept new updates, features, and capabilities.
- We will ask you to support the identification, pursuit, and capture of new business opportunities within the Department of Defense.
- We may assign additional responsibilities as needed.
- We will have you participate in the full business development lifecycle, including proposal support, staffing, opportunity identification, bid/no-bid decisions, and RFI or market response activities.
- We will expect you to support training and adoption of analytics and applications built for operations on our government-owned Big Data Platform.
