Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support business operations by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and assisting with project implementation. In this role, you will work with internal stakeholders to identify business needs, document requirements, and help improve operational efficiency through data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain business process documentation and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate communication between business users and technical teams.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), document test results, and track issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate project and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio or similar process-mapping tools.
• Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies is an asset.
• Basic understanding of SQL is considered an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
