Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Frontend (React) AI Engineer to lead the development of modern, scalable web applications with AI-powered capabilities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, frontend architecture, and integrating AI/LLM services into enterprise applications.

This role involves technical leadership, hands-on development, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of frontend development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
• Strong experience developing and consuming REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, AI assistants, chatbots, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with Node.js and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, npm).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.
