A well-established, privately held company in the Twin Cities is seeking an IT Manager to lead its technology function. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations while helping guide the organization’s systems and infrastructure forward.

What You’ll DoOversee daily IT operations including infrastructure, systems, and end-user support Manage core business applications, including ERP and other internal systems Partner with leadership to align technology with business needs Lead IT projects such as upgrades, implementations, and integrations Ensure cybersecurity, system reliability, and data integrity Manage external vendors and technology partners Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support as needed What We’re Looking For5–10+ years of IT experience with ownership of systems or environments Experience in small-to-mid-sized company settings Strong background in Microsoft technologies (Windows, O365, Active Directory, networking) Experience with ERP systems and business applications Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on Strong communication skills and business partnership mindset Preferred BackgroundExperience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments Exposure to system improvements, integrations, or modernization efforts Why Consider This RoleOpportunity to own the IT function and influence future direction High visibility role with direct impact on operations Stable, team-oriented organization with strong tenure
