Information Technology Manager

Our client is seeking a IT Manager for an excellent position located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX (DFW) area. This position will be responsible for Infrastructure and IT operations, including design, delivery, and technical support.

Align technology capabilities with business growth and operational needs.

Oversee servers, networks, cloud platforms, and storage environmentsPartner with business leaders to support application infrastructure, data integrations, and system performance.

Establish and enforce security frameworks, controls, and risk mitigation practicesGovern device standardization, mobile device management, hardware refresh, and support for equipment.

Implement monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity measuresCreate IT portion of onboarding program for new hires to ensure equipment is provided on time, as well as implementing proper training and security.

Define service level agreements, performance metrics, and continuous improvement in IT processesManage incident resolution, problem analysis, and change control proceduresNegotiate and manage vendors and contracts.

Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered. Certifications a plus.

Minimum of 7 years managing Enterprise IT Infrastructure and OperationsExpertise with Microsoft Azure and administrationPrevious management and support of network and systems, equipment and mobile devices.

Prior IT vendor and service contract experienceAbility to travel up to 25%
