Role Description The Project Assistant will support project managers and development teams in coordinating day-to-day activities for video game projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, and involves maintaining project documentation, tracking tasks, and updating schedules to ensure milestones are met.

The Project Assistant will help organize meetings, prepare agendas and notes, and follow up on action items with cross-functional teams. The role includes assisting with internal communication, compiling reports, and supporting basic data entry and administrative tasks. The Project Assistant will collaborate closely with production, design, and technical staff to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Solid communication skills for coordinating teams, drafting clear documentation, and supporting internal updates.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking tools) and general computer literacy.
