NY Global Finance Mid-Level Associate (4th - 6th Year)

Paul Hastings' Global Finance team is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with four to six years of experience to join the firm's rapidly growing practice in New York.

Ideal candidates will have experience executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. The group's clients consist of many high-profile bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds.

Candidates must be admitted to practice law in New York and be in good standing. Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
