FP&A Analyst

Job Description

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Leader in company’s AI initiative
• Prepare weekly headcount and cash flow reporting with forecast and analysis
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and support decision-making
• Assist in the annual budgeting process
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting packages for senior leadership
• Support ad hoc financial analysis, including ROI analysis, pricing analysis, and cost optimization
• Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiencies
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Understanding of multi-entity organizations
• Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of ad-hoc analytical requests

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth or startup environments
• Familiarity with workforce/headcount planning
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Hyperion, Adaptive, etc.)
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics or industry-specific KPIsExperience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Familiarity with SQLCPA, CFA, or MBA (or in progress)
• Familiarity with LLMsKey
