Job Description
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Leader in company’s AI initiative
- Prepare weekly headcount and cash flow reporting with forecast and analysis
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and support decision-making
- Assist in the annual budgeting process
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting packages for senior leadership
- Support ad hoc financial analysis, including ROI analysis, pricing analysis, and cost optimization
- Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiencies
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of multi-entity organizations
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of ad-hoc analytical requests
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
- Familiarity with workforce/headcount planning
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Hyperion, Adaptive, etc.)
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics or industry-specific KPIsExperience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Familiarity with SQLCPA, CFA, or MBA (or in progress)
- Familiarity with LLMsKey
