Meet the TeamThe Finance Department provides best in class advice, support and control to our businesses and investors through an experienced and dedicated global team.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic finance, FP & A, and compensation analytics, supporting high-impact, cross-functional work.

You will partner across the firm to drive a mix of strategic projects (financial modeling and project structuring/execution), core FP & A (reporting, dashboards, and presentations), and portfolio manager compensation (data, accounting, analytics, and presentation materials). It's an ideal fit for a sharp, detail-oriented analyst who wants broad exposure across finance disciplines and the chance to shape how the firm makes decisions.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Projects & Financial Modeling
• Build and maintain financial models to support business decision-making and project structuring
• Drive execution of complex, detail-oriented projects across teams - tracking deliverables, following up with stakeholders, and synthesizing large volumes of information into structured, decision-ready outputs FP & A: Reporting & Presentations
• Prepare recurring financial reporting and dashboards with clear, concise insights
• Develop high-quality management presentations PM Compensation Analytics
• Support portfolio manager compensation across data, accounting, analytics, and reporting
• Produce analysis and presentation materials for stakeholder review Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Trading, and Operations teams
• Communicate findings effectively in both written and verbal formats

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, FP & A, or similar analytical roles
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, or a related quantitative / analytical field
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build models from scratch
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of work
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to the financial services industry, capital markets, or a hedge fund environment
