Account Executive – Hybrid (San Francisco)

We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that is transforming how software buyers and sellers transact through cloud marketplaces. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Executive who wants more than just a traditional closing role.

About the Opportunity

Our partner is building technology that simplifies complex B2B purchasing workflows, helping revenue teams sell more effectively through modern digital channels. Their platform supports enterprise-grade transactions and integrations across major ecosystems, making them a key player in one of the fastest-growing areas of SaaS.

With strong market traction, rapid growth, and a product solving real customer pain points, they are now expanding their sales team with a high-performing Account Executive.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation through closed deal
• Manage both inbound and outbound opportunities across various customer profiles
• Lead thoughtful discovery conversations to understand customer needs and challenges
• Deliver clear and compelling product presentations tailored to each prospect
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
• Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive revenue growth
• Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
• Contribute to sales process improvements, messaging, and playbook development
• Bring customer feedback into internal discussions to help shape strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
• Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience managing deals end-to-end in a fast-paced sales environment
• Excellent discovery, communication, and consultative selling skills
• Ability to explain technical or complex workflows in simple terms
• Strong ownership mindset with accountability for results
• Adaptable, curious, and eager to deeply understand product and market dynamics
• Collaborative team player who works well across functions

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-growth or early-stage SaaS environments
• Exposure to AI, cloud marketplaces, partner-led sales, or complex procurement workflows
• Background selling into technical software companies such as infrastructure, platform, or DevOps
• Experience working closely with founders or lean leadership teams

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation

$220,000 to $260,000 OTE annually, depending on experience and overall fit
