Do you love building brands at Whole Foods Market? We’re looking for a hands on, proactive Account Executive to manage day to day operations for our growing portfolio of natural and specialty brands.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, detail oriented environment and already knows Whole Foods Market systems and processes inside and out. What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for brands and Whole Foods Market
• Own day to day account management and execution across multiple client accounts
• Manage new brand onboarding and category review submissions
• Lead brand strategy and promotional planning
• Own key account paperwork, item setup, and compliance processes
• Handle cost calculations, sales reporting, and business analysis
• Coordinate samples, timelines, retailer meetings, and cross functional tasks with precision
• Build strong relationships with both clients and Whole Foods Market stakeholders
• Spot opportunities to improve processes and drive operational excellence

What You Bring

• 2+ years managing accounts at a national retailer, ideally Whole Foods Market
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong ability to document SOPs and streamline processes
• Sharp prioritization and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
• A track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A genuine passion for natural products and helping emerging brands grow

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $85,000 to $95,000, based on experience
• Performance based bonus
