Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business decision-making.

Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

Ensure adherence to tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings.

Provide support during audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Stay updated on industry trends and accounting standards to implement best practices.

Technical Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered).

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).

Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
