Business Development Manager (Outside B2B Sales) – Hybrid | Seattle, WA

You'll work with property managers, regional leaders, owners, and asset managers to expand market share while enjoying uncapped earning potential and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with property managers, regional managers, ownership groups, and decision-makers.
• Manage complex B2B sales cycles from initial outreach through contract execution.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and industry events.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of outside B2B sales or business development experience with a proven record of closing new business.
• Experience managing consultative sales cycles and selling to executive-level decision-makers.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar sales software.
• Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, SPIN, Miller Heiman, or similar) is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid and field-based environment.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory (up to 70%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to the multifamily housing, property management, real estate, facilities, or commercial services industries.
• History of consistently exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Experience with solution-based or value-based selling.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $171,000.00 per year
