Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth within the Raleigh-Durham/Research Triangle market. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities in the life sciences and pharmaceutical construction sector while building strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries.
• Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
• Lead proposal development with estimating and technical teams.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and identify upcoming projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry.
• Experience with life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, GMP facilities, cleanrooms, laboratories, or MEP-intensive construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Raleigh-Durham/Research Triangle market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of generating new business.
