National Shunt Service Ltd. (NSSL) is looking for a driven, Sales Business Development Manager to help us grow our footprint across complex distribution and manufacturing operations. This is a front-line sales role focused on prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing new business with senior executives and operational leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline.
• Engage senior executives, frontline managers, and multiple stakeholders to understand needs and identify opportunities.
• Lead discovery conversations, present solutions, negotiate agreements, and close new business.
• Build compelling business cases that demonstrate value, operational impact, and return on investment.
• Navigate long sales cycles, approval processes, and customer review requirements with persistence and professionalism.
• Work cross-functionally with internal operations and support teams to ensure strong solution alignment and successful client onboarding.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up, accurate pipeline activity, and clear communication throughout the sales process.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated success selling in a competitive B2B environment.
• A proven ability to prospect, qualify opportunities, and consistently build pipeline.
• Confidence engaging senior decision-makers as well as operational and frontline stakeholders.
• Strong listening, questioning, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• A consultative approach with the ability to sell value over price.
• High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilience, accountability, and the ability to work independently with a high level of ownership.
• A relationship-driven mindset and a commitment to creating long-term customer success.
• Experience navigating RFP processes is an asset.
