Connected TV Paid Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Connected TV Paid Marketing Manager to support the growth of a global streaming service across international markets. This role focuses on planning, executing, and analyzing paid media campaigns across connected TV platforms and OTT partners.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in digital media strategy, campaign optimization, and data-driven performance analysis, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage partner relationships. The Basics

Duration: 9 month assignment

Hours per week: Full-time, 40 hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Location: Onsite, New York, NY

Top Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital or streaming media marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis
• Hands-on experience working with connected TV and OTT platforms such as Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung, LG, or similar
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and reporting tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to evaluate campaign performance

Other Qualifications

Bachelor degree required

Experience managing media budgets and optimizing campaigns based on KPI performance

Strong understanding of media metrics and their relationship to customer acquisition and lifetime value

Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and clearly communicate findings

Experience working with external partners and vendors in media campaign execution

Strong communication and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams

Experience in subscription services, digital retail, or e-commerce is a plus

Media agency experience preferred

Interest in entertainment, media, and streaming content preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Additional language skills are a plus Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid media campaigns with OTT and connected TV partners from strategy through post-campaign analysis
• Manage and optimize campaign performance, including budget allocation, targeting, and delivery to meet acquisition goals
• Analyze campaign data and partner reporting to generate insights and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with internal marketing, analytics, and strategy teams to align on campaign objectives and performance tracking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external media partners and vendors, including negotiation and campaign alignment
• Develop campaign briefs and support creative alignment to drive engagement and conversions
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, using data to inform future campaign strategy
• Support ongoing testing, optimization, and innovation across media channels
