About the Role

The company is seeking a highly analytical and client-focused Digital Marketing Business Strategy Consultant to help organizations develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies.

This role sits at the intersection of business consulting, digital marketing, AI-driven analytics, and strategic planning, working directly with executive stakeholders to identify business opportunities and create measurable growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate has experience in business strategy, management consulting, digital marketing, or growth consulting and possesses the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable marketing and operational roadmaps. This position requires strong analytical thinking, executive communication skills, and expertise in modern digital marketing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to understand organizational goals, growth objectives, and competitive challenges.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer journey mapping, and industry assessments to identify strategic opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive business growth strategies that align marketing, sales, product, and operational initiatives.
• Design strategic roadmaps covering SEO, AI Optimization (AIO), content marketing, email marketing, digital advertising, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Analyze business performance data, marketing analytics, and financial metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
• Utilize AI-driven insights and predictive analytics to optimize marketing performance and business decision-making.
• Advise executive leadership on brand positioning, market expansion, customer acquisition, and long-term business growth strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, and business outcomes while continuously refining strategic recommendations.
• Develop executive presentations, strategic reports, business cases, and client recommendations.
• Leverage SEO, digital analytics, and marketing intelligence tools to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support organizational transformation initiatives through data-driven consulting and process improvement.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, digital marketing trends, and competitive developments.
• Build trusted relationships with clients while serving as a strategic advisor throughout project lifecycles.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, digital marketing, growth strategy, or marketing leadership.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and competitive positioning.
• Experience developing strategic marketing plans and business growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication abilities.
• Experience working directly with senior executives, founders, or C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex business data into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
