We're partnering with an ambitious, experience-led hospitality business that is continuing to invest in its people, venues and customer experience, and is looking to appoint a commercially minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing across two flagship London venues.
This is a hands-on role where you'll have the autonomy to shape local marketing strategy while working within a strong central brand framework.
Working alongside senior stakeholders, venue leadership and specialist agency partners, you'll develop campaigns, partnerships, events, digital content and customer engagement initiatives that drive footfall, bookings, loyalty and commercial performance.

You'll take full ownership of the marketing performance for two London venues, developing integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, revenue and repeat business.
From seasonal campaigns and venue programming through to social media, CRM, local partnerships and trader activations, you'll ensure every marketing initiative supports the wider commercial objectives while showcasing the unique personality of each venue.
Working closely with General Managers, Operations, Sales and the wider Marketing team, you'll translate business priorities into engaging campaigns that give guests another reason to visit, stay longer and return more often.
You'll be a commercially minded marketer who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.
Equally comfortable planning strategy and delivering campaigns, you'll bring creativity, organisation and strong commercial thinking to everything you do.
We're interested in people who have:
Marketing experience within hospitality, leisure or another customer-focused environment.A strong understanding of driving footfall, bookings, guest engagement and commercial performance.
Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to execution.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills across multiple marketing channels.
Experience managing social media, content calendars and external agencies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.A data-led approach, using insight and reporting to improve campaign performance.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.A passion for hospitality, food, culture and creating memorable customer experiences.
Curiosity, creativity and the ability to spot new opportunities that drive business growth.
