We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, driving account growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
• Develop strong client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
• Monitor campaign performance and present insights and recommendations to clients
• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
• Conduct regular strategy meetings and business reviews with clients

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Paid Advertising
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
