ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our growing Creative & Marketing team. This role is the execution engine behind Adelska's digital presence: leading social media content creation and owning digital marketing channels including email and display advertising.
You'll report directly to our Director of Creative & Marketing, who will set the strategic direction while you bring it to life across every channel.
This is a role for someone who has been here before, who knows how to build a content calendar, craft a campaign, and understand what the data is saying. We're looking for someone ready to hit the ground running and grow with us.
The role begins as a 90-day contract position to ensure a strong mutual fit, with an intentional pathway to a permanent full-time role based on performance.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create and curate content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, leveraging a mix of original content, event-based content capture and team-generated assets.
- Own and manage the content calendar, planning 4–6 weeks ahead and aligning to event launches, seasonal moments, and campaign goals
- Attend select events to capture real-time content — behind-the-scenes, highlights, and recap assets — and publish in a timely, engaging way
- Manage community engagement by monitoring and responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in Adelska's voice, nurturing audience relationships
- Drive organic growth by staying current on platform algorithm changes, trending formats, and cultural moments relevant to Adelska's audience
Email Marketing
- Build and execute email campaigns end-to-end — strategy input, copywriting, design/layout, list segmentation, scheduling, and delivery
- Manage and maintain the email subscriber database, including list health, segmentation, re-engagement, and compliance (CAN-SPAM/GDPR awareness)
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, send times, and content to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Report on email performance metrics monthly, surfacing trends and actionable recommendations
Display Advertising & Paid Support
- Design static and animated graphics for paid digital placements — display ads, boosted posts, and retargeting creative — adapting social assets for various ad formats and specs
- Support paid social campaigns by producing creative variants, monitoring performance, and flagging optimization opportunities
- Maintain a library of ad templates and brand assets, keeping files organized and accessible for fast turnaround
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on performance across social, email, and display channels — reach, engagement, follower growth, open rates, conversions, and ROI
- Use data to inform decisions — identify what's working, flag what isn't, and bring optimization recommendations proactively
- Maintain monthly dashboards summarizing channel performance for leadership
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation, preferably in an agency, events, or brand environment
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel social media accounts with measurable growth results (please include examples or portfolio)
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent) including building campaigns from scratch, segmentation, and reporting
- Proven ability to shoot and edit short-form video content independently, including on-site at live events
- Experience with social scheduling and analytics tools
- Solid understanding of social media analytics and email metrics
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across platforms and audiences
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing)
- Experience with paid social advertising, including Meta Ads Manager and boosted post management
- Experience working in or with the events, hospitality, or experiential marketing industry
- Exposure to basic SEO principles and how content supports discoverability
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Work Environment
- Hybrid position based in the Denver metro area
- Required attendance at select client events, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Must have reliable transportation for local event travel
