The Role

The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Downtown Raleigh. We are looking for a driven, highly organized, and self-motivated Social Media & Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our social media channels and marketing initiatives. Given the size and nature of our firm, this is a dynamic role that might also include some administrative duties/tasks.

We need someone who sees what needs to be done and gets it done without being asked twice.

This role plays a key part in growing brand awareness, building trust within the community, and generating qualified leads through compelling content, strategic campaigns, and consistent brand messaging.

As a member of a small, collaborative team, this individual will oversee the firm's social media presence, website content, digital advertising, email marketing, reputation management, community outreach, and creative projects while working closely with attorneys and staff to highlight client success stories, legal education, and the firm's values.

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong marketing experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion. They are comfortable creating content, coordinating with vendors, and identifying new opportunities to strengthen the firm's presence both online and in our local community.

This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people by communicating the firm's mission in an authentic and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full content pipeline across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn -Scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn-Managing community engagement initiatives and coordinating with vendors -Coordinating on-camera filming schedules-Building, maintaining, and improving content workflows and systems-Develop and lead the firm’s digital and in person marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including campaign tracking, analytics, and basic SEO concepts.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts
• Hands-on experience creating short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTokProficiency with Canva
• Experience using social media scheduling tools Must be available for an in-person role
• Portfolio or examples of content you have managed or created are required to be considered
• Nice to Have:-Web design experience (specifically WordPress or Squarespace)-Experience with Google Business Suite-Experience with legal content and/or previous background in the legal industry-Experience or background in graphic design-Experience with designing and creating print advertising materials
• Pay: $60,000-$70,000 per year
